- You have completed less than 30% of the course content
- This is your first refund request for this particular course

- You have not downloaded or attempted to download substantial course materials for offline use
2.2 Courses Excluded from Money-Back Guarantee
The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to:
- Courses marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
- Bundle deals or promotional packages (unless specifically stated)
- Courses accessed through enterprise or institutional licenses
- Courses purchased more than 30 days ago
- Specialty certification programs with external examination fees
- One-on-one coaching or mentorship sessions already completed
- Physical materials or equipment that have been shipped
3. Refund Request Process

7. Technical Issues and Course Quality

If you experience technical issues preventing access to your course:

- We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- If we cannot resolve the technical issue within 7 days, you may be eligible for a full refund

- Completed course content may remain accessible for a limited time
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company:
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
- We will provide evidence of service delivery to your financial institution
- If the chargeback is found to be unjustified, your account may be permanently terminated
